Our Strategies

Women-Only Training Sessions:

Conduct targeted, inclusive training workshops specifically designed for women, delivered by female beekeeping experts and mentors. These sessions will cover modern hive management, honey harvesting, processing, and marketing—creating a safe space for learning, sharing, and building confidence in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Microfinance Support for Hive Setup:

Facilitate access to microloans and startup grants to enable women to acquire essential beekeeping equipment such as hives, protective gear, and processing tools. Financial literacy training will also be included to help participants manage their investments, savings, and profits effectively.

Formation of Women-Led Beekeeping Cooperatives:

Support the establishment of local cooperatives led and managed by women to promote collective production, value addition, and market access. These cooperatives will foster peer support, enhance bargaining power, and provide a platform for leadership development and advocacy.
